I have a love/non-love relationship with this bakery. On the plus side, they DO make very good cakes and baked goods. We have used them several times and they have (so far) always produced very good items. But there is a huge problem with their success - it's nearly IMPOSSIBLE to reach them sometimes. We have had to find other sources for items for parties sometimes because their phone line stays busy so much that literally we have tried to reach them for two days in a row and all we got was a busy signal. When you can reach them, their phone lines have a strong static/crackle sound and they're so loud you can usually barely hear whoever is on the other end. Very chaotic. So - in terms of their product, I'd give them 4 1/2 stars. In terms of "customer experience" when ordering, I'd drop it to 1 1/2 to 2 at best. Just put on your "patience hat" when trying to reach them.

Very helpful with my last-minute very weird request for a cake with an image of an onion on it (long story). The cake was delicious, the icing was great, and it was done that day for a very reasonable price! They were a delight to work with and very communicative. I'm coming back for sure!
